Please keep in mind that turnaround time starts the following business day after all information is received and purchase is made.

Example: Purchase was made on Monday, the project time will start on Tuesday. However If a client purchases on Monday, but does not send over necessary information until Friday, then your turnaround time starts on Friday. Weekends are not included in any turnaround times. (Turnaround times are subject to change depending on the workload requested)

After your purchase is complete, we will email you at the email address on file, so please make sure the correct email is on file at checkout. You will be sent details on the information we will need to get started with the design process.

All projects are subject to a non-refundable payment. Please understand that under no circumstance can a refund be given after drafts have been released and/or the process has begun. All deposits and rush/expedited fees are non-refundable as well. The only reason for any refund will be due to Opulent Design Group being unable to complete a project due to extreme personal reasons or illness.

For Logos, you will receive THREE logo proofs. All other services will receive 1-2 proofs. ALL purchases include TWO FREE revisions. Any revisions following that will be subjected to an additional fee of $25 per extra revision. You MUST ask for revisions (if needed) within THREE days of receiving your proofs, or this offer will no longer be available.

If work is purchased, and the client does not complete the needed information within 20 days, there is a $50 restart fee. If full content has not been sent in over 40 days, the project will be considered null and voided. No refund will be issued.
