By reading these terms & conditions, you are agreeing that you understand and accept the terms that Opulent Design Group has put it in place. Please understand that at any time, Opulent Design Group has the right to change and/or edit our Terms & Conditions and pricing without notice. Projects started on or before the price adjustment (or Terms & Conditions) will continue.

Opulent Design Group does not provide refunds on any service that was provided unless we’ve agreed upon it. Once payment is made the project will begin and a draft will be given in the time frame we have provided to the client. Both Parties understand that Client or Designer may terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. If the project is terminated before services have been fully fulfilled, Opulent Design Group will retain the non-refundable deposit. If the client decides to cancel the service after final approval is made, Opulent Design Group reserves the right to keep the full payment amount. All artwork ownership will remain as Opulent Design Group property and will not be sent to the client for their ownership. If the project is in the final stages, ownership will be transferred to the client once full payment is received.

The Client unconditionally guarantees that any design element whether text or graphic, which is provided to Opulent Design Group for inclusion in the design does not violate any copyright or trademark laws. Opulent Design Group will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a name, phrase or image. The Client will protect Opulent Design Group from any claim arising from the use of content furnished by the Client.

Drafts are for approval only, they are not to be copied, manipulated, or distributed to any person or company without permission from Opulent Design Group.

All projects are sent to the client in the form of an email from (Opulent Design Group). Logo design files will be sent in JPG, PNG, and PDF. (Vector file available upon request) Other digital projects (E-flyers, business and thank you cards, etc) are sent in PDF format. Once a project has been finalized and the files have been delivered to you, (with the exception of core files) you own the rights to the services purchased. Copyrighting and/or trademarking your logo is not the responsibility of Opulent Design Group. If at any point you need anything fixed or changed afterwards there will be an additional fee. The client gives Opulent Design Group the right to use work for portfolio and/or marketing purposes.

Payments can be made via debit or credit card. For projects $600 and under, payment must be made in full before any work begins. Projects over $600 require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT before any work begins. Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of receipt of invoice or the project is subject to cancellation. All remaining unpaid balances will be due within 24 hours of your final approval of the services completed. Once the final payment is made, the project will be finalized and all files will be sent. ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Opulent Design Group has a TWO revision policy, after that any revision made after the second will require an extra payment of $25 for each additional revision. If the client is not willing to pay for the extra revision; the client will either have to choose their final project from the TWO revisions Opulent Design Group made or cancel the project and the client will then not be refunded, and will not be sent to any final projects.

All Opulent Design Group clients must agree to the following policies and procedures before the start of your new project.
