By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of Opulent Design Group’s policies. Opulent Design Group reserves the right to modify its terms, conditions, and pricing without notice. Projects initiated prior to any updates will adhere to the terms and pricing in effect at the start of the project.

Opulent Design Group does not offer refunds for services unless explicitly agreed upon. Once payment is received, the project will commence, and a draft will be provided within the agreed timeline. Either party may terminate the project at any time if the working relationship becomes unsatisfactory. In the event of cancellation:
The non-refundable deposit will be retained for projects terminated before completion.
Full payment will be retained if the client cancels after final approval.
Ownership of all artwork remains with Opulent Design Group unless full payment has been made. Final files will be transferred upon full payment.

Clients guarantee that any content provided to Opulent Design Group (text, graphics, etc.) does not infringe on copyright or trademark laws. Opulent Design Group is not liable for legal actions resulting from the client’s content. Clients agree to indemnify Opulent Design Group against claims related to the provided materials.

Drafts are for approval purposes only and may not be copied, altered, or shared without explicit permission from Opulent Design Group.

Final files will be sent via email. Files will be provided in JPG, PNG, and PDF formats (vector files available upon request). Once final files are delivered, ownership of the purchased design transfers to the client, except for core files. Trademarking or copyrighting is the client’s responsibility. Any post-delivery modifications will incur an additional fee. Opulent Design Group reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes.

Payments can be made via debit or credit card. For projects $600 or less, full payment is required upfront. For projects over $600, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to secure the project. The remaining balance is due within 24 hours of final approval of the completed work. Final files will be delivered upon receipt of full payment. All services and payments are non-refundable.

Opulent Design Group includes two (2) complimentary revision rounds per project. Additional revisions beyond the second round will incur a fee of 20% of the original project price per revision. If the client opts not to purchase additional revisions, they must choose their final project from the two provided revisions. If the client decides to cancel after the two revisions, the project will be considered finalized without a refund, and no files will be delivered. By proceeding, the client agrees to these terms.

All clients must agree to Opulent Design Group’s policies and procedures before the start of their project.
